About Me

I am a business attorney based in San Diego, California.  I am a partner with Venture Counsel Group, LLP.

I work with clients in a range of industries, including companies involved in software development and commercialization, internet technologies, video and multimedia, healthcare and retail.

I represent clients in various types of transactions, with a concentration in providing regular support with technology-based transactions, such a licensing (in-bound, out-bound and cross licensing), technology development and acquisition, distribution and reseller relationships, customer and vendor relationships and services.  In addition to these types of commercial transactions, I also assist clients with corporate matters, such as new company organization, debt and equity financing, stock plans and corporate governance.
